Anita Pagliasso, Founder and President of Ticket To Travel, started her own home-based travel agency in 1992. Anita’s one-person business quickly evolved into a Premiere Host Agency when agents looked to her for mentoring and guidance in building their own travel business. By generously and thoughtfully sharing her success tactics, Anita has become a renowned industry speaker, home-based travel agent advocate, author and a mentor to thousands. She is also a member of The Travel Institute’s Professional Educators Program. She understands firsthand the pros and cons of working from home. But most of all, she knows how to be successful. Anita continues to share her passion for the travel industry and her strategies for success with all of the Ticket To Travel affiliated agents.

As Vice President of Agent Development & Recruitment, MaryLyn is responsible for developing personalized programs for each of our agents. She uniquely combines her passion for travel, first-hand knowledge of working as a home-based agent since 2003, and a deep desire to help other agents realize their goals. She brings with her an extensive training background as a Human Resource Consultant for a large investment and insurance company, and 10 years as a coach and leader for an International Weight & Health management company.
To assure that each individual agent has the best path for success, brand new or experienced, MaryLyn provides each agent with a one-on-one instruction approach to educating and mentoring. Our agents tell us that they love her compassion, patience, commitment, knowledge and her availability to give guidance at a moment’s notice.
MaryLyn is instrumental in creating the Ticket2Success Series and Ticket2Starting Modules. She also coordinates all of our Workshops, Conference Gatherings, Advisory Team Meetings, FAM trips, and she represents and speaks on behalf of Ticket To Travel at various major travel industry events.
As Vice President of Operations and Industry Relations, Lauren establishes and oversees the company’s strategic direction and operations for sales, marketing, information technology, supplier relations, and accounting. Lauren works closely with Ticket To Travel Executives and the Advisory Board to gain growth opportunities by developing programs/policies to increase revenue for the corporation and build the agency’s bottom-line.
She also handles the financial and business relationships with over 125 Preferred Suppliers and is responsible for all product training for the agency. Her main goal is to assist each of the Ticket to Travel agents grow their businesses and continue to succeed in the travel industry. She does this by providing the agents with education and support to help them stay up to date on current industry trends, promotions and selling tools to help their business.
